Shipping policy

Processing an online order usually takes less than 24 hours. In some cases we may have to take more time to QC an instrument before it shipped. Delivery generally is within 48 hours within the UK, but weekends can affect this. If a product is in stock at a supplier warehouse rather than in store, these delivery times are extended by the time taken for the supplier to deliver it to us. In some cases items will come direct from specific suppliers where we know that they will carry out the QC to our standards. Smaller items are likely to ship with Royal Mail. Bigger items and International deliveries typically use DHL, although we reserve the right to use alternative couriers where necessary. Tracking is typically provided when the item is packaged and ready to go. In some cases we cannot provide tracking details but generally you will receive an email with them automatically when we ship the item.
