International Sales and the Tax and Duties Implications

We can ship worldwide via DHL. However, currently we will not collect and tax or duties, so the price you see on our site does not include those. You will be entirely responsible for paying them when the item arrives in your country, although DHL will handle this on your behalf. Typically this is at your local tax and duties rates. If you are in any way unsure, you're welcome to contact us and we'll try and help you estimate the total "landed" cost for your goods. Please also note that DHL will charge a small fee on each order for arranging and paying the taxes and duties due on your goods.

Shipping to the USA - UPDATED 6th April 2025

Given the recent changes in tariffs implemented by the US Government in April 2025, we're currently not shipping to the USA until we can fully understand the effect it will have on our customers. Many of our products are made in countries subject to higher tariffs and so the costs will likely increase significantly for importing them. We hope to be able to bring you more information on that as soon as we can and re-open USA sales.
